Process & Timeline
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Full Service planning. Many couples book 12-18 months in advance, particularly for peak wedding season (May through October). For Partial Planning, 6-12 months is typically sufficient. However, we occasionally have availability for shorter timelines, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your wedding is sooner.

While we have trusted vendors we recommend, we're also happy to work with vendors you already have in mind or help you find the perfect fit for your style and budget.
Absolutely! Your involvement level is entirely up to you. Some couples prefer us to present curated options based on their vision and budget, while others want to be part of every meeting and decision. With Full Service Planning, we handle the research and coordination but always seek your approval. With Partial Planning, you have more hands-on involvement in the selection process.

For Destination Weddings, we work with couples planning celebrations anywhere in the world. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our local area, which will be discussed during your consultation.
To ensure each couple receives the dedicated attention they deserve, we limit the number of weddings we take on each weekend. For Full Service weddings, we typically book only one wedding per weekend. For Partial Planning and coordination services, we may book two depending on the scope and timing. This allows us to be fully present and focused on your special day.
